Shipping Policy
Our Delivery Options:
Flow Express couriers are the designated couriers for Blue Bay Gifts.
Delivery Times:
Our standard delivery time is 3 working days to all major centres. Our courier fee is R70.00 per order, provided it is going to the same address. Should you wish to send to more than one address, then the charge is R70.00 per address.
We can offer next day delivery, however the order needs to be placed with us by 11.00am to enable us to ship same day. Any order instructed for a next day delivery and received after 11.00am will only be shipped the following working day. Currently we do not offer delivery on public holidays and weekends. Next day delivery is only available to major centres.

N.B. Unless otherwise instructed all deliveries will be treated as standard.
Outlying Areas:
An additional 2 to 3 days per delivery will apply to all outlying areas. The cost of a delivery to an outlying area is R140.00
Delivery Addresses and Returns:
In order for us to deliver correctly and on time, we need you to provide us with a detailed delivery address. The details that we require are:
For a home delivery:
- Person's name and contact details
- House number, street name, suburb, city, postal code
- If the person resides in a complex, we require the unit number as well as the name of the complex
For an office delivery
- Person's name and contact details
- Name of company, street name and number, suburb, city, postal code
- Department in which the person works
- Kindly provide the name and contact details of someone else in the office that will accept the delivery in case the initial recipient is in a meeting or out for a quick break.
In order for us to provide you with excellent customer service we kindly request that you provide us with all the necessary details.
Public Holidays and Weekends
We do not deliver on Public Holidays or weekends. However should you wish to have your gift delivered at these times, there is an additional charge. Kindly contact us for details.
Greeting Cards
We are able to post your greeting cards should you only wish to send a greeting card. All cards that require posting will be via registered mail so we can track it. Once again please ensure that you provide us with the correct address so we can ensure it reaches it's destination.
Packaging:
Our products are packed in boxes and we gift wrap them. We take extra care with all the glassware packaging.
Post Office - (Counter to Counter)
We also use the South African Post Office, if you would prefer to have your parcel delivered counter to counter. Postage nationwide is R35.00. Please note that this service make take between 4 and 6 days for delivery.
Delivery Options
When you reach checkout and are inserting the delivery address, you will be prompted to select the area. Please make the correct selection, major towns, outlying areas or greeting card options. Should you be unsure in which category the address falls, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
