Detailed Description of Good and / or Services
Guimex cc T/A Blue Bay Gifts is a business in the gifting industry that markets a variety of gifts for a variety of occasions.

Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery confirmed by way of an email confirmation.  See further delivery information in the “delivery options” section on the website.

Greeting cards that are brought individually without gifts are posted and not delivered using registered mail to ensure that we are able to track them. 

Information about the products is supplied to us by our suppliers, and Blue Bay Gifts cannot be held liable for incorrect information.

Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Blue Bay Gifts is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, Blue Bay Gifts will refund the client in full within 48 hours.  Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a R50.00 cancellation fee (if the order has not been dispatched) and a R150.00 cancellation fee if the order has already been dispatched and needs to be returned to us.

Customer Privacy Policy
Blue Bay Gifts shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Blue Bay Gifts bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

We can accept payment from overseas held credit cards, provided they are Visa, Mastercard, Diners or American Express.

Goods will only be dispatched to the recipient once full payment has been received and cleared into our account.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Blue Bay Gifts by Virtual Card Service (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Nedbank of South Africa. ShopDirect uses SSL3 and credit card information is stored per Visa and Mastercard guidelines on the website. Users may go to www.shopdirect.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. 

We do not store any credit card information on our site.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by Blue Bay Gifts separately from card details which are entered by the client on ShopDirect’s secure site.  For more detail on ShopDirect refer to www.shopdirect.co.za .

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).

Responsibility
Blue Bay Gifts takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Blue Bay Gifts chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 80 1st street, Primrose, Gauteng.

Variation
Blue Bay Gifts may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Export Restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African and international clients, however delivery of gifts is made within South Africa.  The Greeting cards may be posted worldwide.
